SASSA, the South African Social Security Agency, has declared that the distribution of R3,070 grants for November 2023 will be completed at the end of the month. R3,070 Grant Amount Break-Up
The total amount of R3,070 distributed includes a plus for the eligible beneficiaries under specific categories. Given below is the breakdown for November 2025:
- Older Persons Grant:
- Under 75 years: R2,335 per month
- Over 75 years: R2,355 per month
- Disability Grant: R2,335 per month
- War Veterans Grant: R2,355 per month
- Foster Child Grant: R1,200 per month
- Child Support Grant: R530 per month
- Care Dependency Grant: R2,335 per month
This month, some families, depending on the number and types of grants in the household, will get R3,070 plus the additional caregiver or child dependency allowance.
Payment schedule for November 2025
SASSA, which stands for South African Social Security Agency, has made it known to the public that the official payment dates for November 2025 are as follows:
- Older Persons Grant: Monday, 3rd November 2025
- Disability Grant: Tuesday, 4th November 2025
- All grants including Child Support: Wednesday, 5th November 2025
According to the regulations, SASSA will make the payments via Gold Cards, beneficiaries’ bank accounts, or accredited retailers such as Boxer, Shoprite, Usave, and Pick n Pay. The beneficiaries will have the option to take out their money anytime after the fixed deposit date.
